Jelly Flan or Gulaman Flan

Flan elements:

Four giant eggs
410ml evaporated milk
300ml condensed milk
25g yellow unflavored gulaman
1 cup white sugar(extra if wanted)
1 tbsp vanilla extract
4-5 cups water

Arnibal/Caramilized elements:

1 1/Three cups sugar
3/Four cup water

Flan Process:

1) In a bowl beat eggs
2) Add evaporated milk, condensed milk, sugar and vanilla extract. Combine nicely.
3) Pressure the milk combination
4) Let it relaxation for 15 minutes
5) Warmth Off: Mix gulaman powder and water
6) Stir always till gulaman dissolves
7) flip the warmth on and convey to a simmer.stir always
8) Add milk combination and proceed stirrring
9) When the combination is about to boil flip the warmth off
10)Gently pour the gulaman combination into the molders
11)Put aside and let it agency

Arnibal/caramelized sugar elements:

1) Soften sugar. *Proceed stirring
2) Slowly add water and proceed stirring till barely thick
3) Pour a spoonful of caramelized sugar over the gulaman flan

Tip: Greatest Served chilled
